CM Service Pro is founded and led by Christos Makrides, FCCA, a finance executive with more than 10 years of experience across multinational, regulated, and high-growth organisations.
His background includes Big 4 experience with PwC, as well as senior leadership roles including Financial Controller and Group CFO, overseeing finance functions across multiple jurisdictions and business sectors.
Throughout his career, Christos has led financial strategy, strengthened governance and control frameworks, managed audits and regulatory requirements, and provided decision-critical insights to business owners, boards, and executive teams.
Drawing on extensive experience in finance, operations, and business performance, he helps organisations improve profitability, optimise cash flow, enhance financial visibility, and build scalable finance functions.
